Samsung galaxy s6 edge cũ has revealed its two new flagship phones, the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, today in Barcelona at the Mobile World Congress event. With a release date of April 10, the new phones show Samsung shifting focus to design with a metal frame and glass panels but it’s the Edge’s curved edge design that really sets it apart.

It has ditched the plastic feel in favor of metal and the phones have been designed with a glass front and rear panels using Gorilla Glass 4 to give the phones a whole new feel. The S5 didn’t have anything on the design front that truly set it apart from the previous iterations but the two new incarnations of the S6 is an important move for Samsung.

However, focused design is great and everything but that’s all useless if the features aren’t up to scratch too. Both phones run Android 5.0 and have an octacore Samsung Exynos processor, a 5.1” QHD Super AMOLED displays and 3GB of RAM.

It’s also decked out with a new fingerprint sensor on the home button that doesn’t require just a swipe. There’s a 16MP rear camera with optical image stabilization and live HDR and a 5MP front camera also with live HDR. The Galaxy S6 has 2,550mAh battery while the S6 Edge and Galaxy S6 Edge is 2,600mAh.
