Bonjour

J'ai chargé Viber mais impossible de valider mon n° de tél pour avoir le code d'accès. Message : an internet connection is required to set up viber. Check your connection and try again.

J'ai éteint et rallumé le tél mais rien à faire !

Qui a une idée ?

Please try removing Viber, wait 24 hours, reinstall and try again (make sure you try both the SMS and the automated call options). If this doesn't help, contact our support team at http://support.viber.com and give them the details of the problem.

Désolé, je vais répondre en anglais:

It could be that the network you are connected to is blocking Viber's requests to register, and that is why you are getting that error message. Have you tried registering on a few different WiFi networks? Is the result similar in all of them?
