Car je n'arrive pas à le vérifier avec s1tool (pas de détection)

Pas sûr du tout, car d'après cette ligne il semblerait que tu ne puisses pas déverrouiller

Unrootable signifie que le bootloader est bloqué (aucun droit d'accès), mais le déverrouillage s'est bien passé par la suite ;)
