i am from Vietnam and using "wiki cink slim in vietnam" ( model s8073 from chinese)

I dont understand fps still 26 but jellybean is running at 60fps .........wts....... very slow and no smooth.......but GPS is very good... accurate Metter..........:( huhu all rom ics alway 60 fps but jb still 26fps hic.................................................................... what should i do ?????????????????? :( :( ............................... sad.....................................
