Dudds Posted August 6, 2013 Share Posted August 6, 2013 Bonjour, I am in France and my Father-in-law has a MP700 which, after upgrading / downloading Google Play can no longer access his Google account. Now, when Google account information is entered on the MP700 (opening Google Play), the following message is shown: "Can't establish a reliable connection to the server". However, ALL other services are working ok (web browser, etc; Google Mail CAN be accessed from the web browser). As the device is being used on WiFi only, does anyone know what the problem may be? Lannig Posted August 6, 2013 Share Posted August 6, 2013 Hello, this is a french-speaking forum, therefore you would be supposed to post in French (as per forum rules) Bonjour, ceci est un forum francophone et tu serais donc supposé poster en français (suivant les règles du forum) However, I'll try to provide a quick help: go to the app settings and clear data+cache for Google Play and Google Play Services, then reboot. Cependant je vais tenter de t'aider: va dans les paramètres systèmes -> applications et efface les données + le cache pour Google Play et Google Play Services, puis redémarre. Il this fails, you might unfortunately have to do a reset to factory settings. Si cela ne suffit pas, il faudra peut-être hélas une réinitialisation aux paramètres usine.
