Bonjour, 

 

Ma compagne a un HTC One, acheté d'occasion, et il y à régulièrement le message "L"application application com.android.preference.help s'est arrêtée" dans une fenêtre Pop-up, avec le bouton OK. Et çà commence à être assez stressant.

 

Est-ce que l'un de vous a déjà rencontré ce problème, et/ou a une solution.
