Comment restaurer son smartphone après une réinitialisation complète ?

Je vais réinitialiser mon GN4 parce que j'ai un problème avec l'autonomie , et je veux perdre le moins de données possible (j'ai une carte sd de 32gO avec 15go libres ) comment faire , est ce que par smart swich ( nouvelle maj kies ) les SMS , apps etc .. Sont sauvegardés ?
