Zemmouchi8 Posté(e) 9 août 2015 Posté(e) 9 août 2015 BONJOUR CECI EST UN MESSAGE D'ALERTE: LORS DE MA DERNIÈRE MISE A JOUR DE ANDROÏDE LOLLIPOP 5 DANS MON GALAXY NOTE 3 UN ENNORME PROBLÈME EST SURVENU APRES INSTALLATION DE LA MISE A JOUR ET APRES REDÉMARRAGE DU SMARTPHONE IL M'A AFFICHE PLEIN DE RAPPORT D'ERREUR SUR LES DIFFÉRENTES APPLICATION TEL QUE GOOGLE PLAY KIOSQUE ETC..... DE PLUS LE PLAY STORE NE VEUT PLUS DÉMARRER ET LA CERISE SUR LE GÂTEAU LA QUASI TOTALITÉ DE MES APPLICATIONS ONT ÉTÉ SUPPRIME SANS RAISON APPARENTE IMPOSSIBLE DE FAIRE QUOI QUE CE SOIT SVP DE L'AIDE ET EN URGENCE SVP IMPORTANT Citer
clem678 Posté(e) 9 août 2015 Posté(e) 9 août 2015 Bonjour, La touche majuscule est resté bloquée ? Dans ces cas là de "Mise à jour pas top ou foireuse" il est conseillé de faire une restauration aux valeurs d'usines du smartphone 1 Citer
