Ecran bloquésur le logo Samsung galaxy note 10.1

Bonjour,

 

Je rencontre ce problème depuis ce matin, le mode download de l'appareil fonctionne mais à chaque fois que j'essaie d'installer le firmware d'origine,  l’écran se bloque sur le logo après l'installation.
