samsung galaxy J5 recovery mood is not working

I want to reset my Samsung galaxy J5 phone. but i can not go to recovery mood by pressing +, - power .. phone is restarting automatically. can you anyone help me?

If you actually can't go to recovery mood, then you are in problem with image file. nay be you have to install Rom.. Before installing Rom. try this - Hard Reset
