Bonsoir

J'ai une ligne bleue qui défile de haut en bas et de bas en haut sur mon écran et je n'arrive pas à l'enlever. Et je souhaiterais ne pas arriver à rebooter mon tel car données importantes dedans. Pouvez vous me venir en aide.?
