mon htc planté sur bootloader

bonjour

j'ai un htc 603e qui est planté sur le bootloader quand je viens flasher son firmware je reçois ce message d'erreur

sachant que adb ne reconnait pas mon htc sauf le fastboot 

bootloader est débloqué

pouvez vous m'aider a résoudre cette erreur
