Pas de son prise jack

Bonjour,

Que ce soit avec le Huawey de ma femme ou mon Logicom, je n'arrive pas à avoir de son quand je branche la prise jack, pourtant les écouteurs fonctionnent.

 

Quelqu'un saurait d'où cela pourrait provenir ?
