Bonjour, qqun peut-il m'aider ? Depuis 15 jours, mes interlocuteurs m entendent mal (son assourdit) mais le pb est résolu si je mets le haut parleur. Par contre moi, je les entends parfaitement. J ai fait des mises à jour, j ai éteint mon téléphone... Je ne comprends pas.
