[THEME CHOOSER] Centralisation des liens pour Theme Chooser

Je me suis dit qu'un topic réunissant tous les liens pour Theme Chooser serait une bonne idée.

Si ce n'est pas le cas, ben merci de supprimer ^^

Pour info Theme Chooser est une appli qu'un trouve de base dans certaines ROM, la plus connue doit être CyanogenMod 7.

Donc en théorie, si votre ROM intègre cette application les Thèmes devraient pouvoir s'appliquer, The Ultimate Droid par exemple. Ilf aut aussi savoir que le Desire est HDPI.

Pour appliquer un thème, il suffit d'installer l'APK, puis de choisr le thème installé dans l'application Theme Chooser.
