Help! Problème achat sur Ali Express

Bonjour,

je ne sais pas si c'est dans la bonne section que je poste (je laisse le modo me signaler si ce topic doit être déplacé), mais je ne pense pas me tromper.

J'ai commandé en mars un clone Note 2 sur Ali express, chez le vendeur Shenzhen Vacation digital Electronics Co., Ltd.

A ce jour, je n'ai toujours pas reçu le téléphone. Il a bien été envoyé mais une fois arrivé en France, il a manifestement été "perdu". Le numéro de suivi qui m'a été fourni m'a permis de suivre le colis jusqu'à son arrivée en France. Ayant déjà eu des colis venant de chine, je sais que les infos continuent à arriver par la suite (genre "pris en charge par la plateforme X") d'où mon inquiétude quand à sa disparition.

Je suis passé, obligé, par le système de paiement ESCROW (ne riez pas, c'est vrai) qui garantie soit disant la transaction.

Le vendeur, lui garantie le remboursement si on est pas livré avant 39 jours. ( Full refund if product isn't received in 39 days) .

J'ai donc, une fois le délai minimum passé, demandé au vendeur de s'intéresser à mon cas puisque je n'ai pas été livré. Aucune réponse. J'ai donc "enclenché" la procédure de protection. Là encore, rien. Ils devaient me répondre en 2 jours mais rien.

Est ce que cette mésaventure est arrivée à quelqu'un? Si oui, comment c'est elle soldée?

Quels peuvent être mes recours? (j'ai payé une visa internationale).
