[QUESTION] Corriger un bug d'espace de stockage affiché windows ?

hello,

i am the new owner of a brand new i9500 16Go.

i just tried to plugged it into my computer USB (windows 8), and bad news, after mounting the phone, i can only seen a new disk of 1,79Go storage (with the classic folders download, Android,...).

Wtf ?

i'm aware about the big samsung rom, indeed i have 8,82 Go free on my phone in the section "storage".
i have tried to plug into different USb ports and do a factory reset (brand new but why not...), nothing changed.

i need your help here guys.

You can try to format your internal storage card. I think that's there is some big files stored on your device which takes you a lot of space.

Two solutions:

 

 

1 - Format the internal memory completely, install a recovery, reinstall ROM.

 

2 - Send the smartphone after sales service, it may be that there was something wrong.
