Pilot300 Posté(e) 16 janvier 2014 Share Posté(e) 16 janvier 2014 Hi, I am new here and from the UK not France but I cannot find any English forums for the G5. I have had my G5 now for about 1 week. My main network provider is T-mobile which only uses WCDMA 2100MHZ and my second Sim card is O2 that uses WCDMA 900 and 2100. The O2 Sim card works perfectly ok. But the T-mobile sim card keeps dropping signal. When it shows signal it will not make a phone call. It keeps dropping 3G connectivity. This can happen once an hour or once a day. The only way to fix this is to take the sim card out and put back in. I do get a 3g connection though on both Sim car slots. but the advert says i should only get it on sim 1. Can anyone help me please? Citer Lien vers le commentaire Partager sur d’autres sites

w2k Posté(e) 26 janvier 2014 Share Posté(e) 26 janvier 2014 (modifié) only slot 1 (SIM 1) is available for WCDMA network SIM2 can receive only GSM frequencies so you can't use WCDMA network (3G) both SIM1 ans SIM2... and do not forget that the Jiayu G5 is not compatible with the WCDMA 900mhz frequency, only 2100 Mhz majority af chinese smartphone works similary : SIM1 2G+3G / SIM2 only 2G Modifié 26 janvier 2014 par w2k Citer Lien vers le commentaire Partager sur d’autres sites
