Egleax Posted March 9, 2015 Share Posted March 9, 2015 Bonjour à tous, Je viens vers vous car depuis ce matin mon N5 ne répond plus. Je discutais par SMS, il s'est alors éteint tout seul. Rien n'y fait, il ne veut même pas s'allumer. (Il n'y a même pas de bootloop) Du coup je pense contacter le sav, mais je voudrais savoir de combien de temps est la garantie... Sachant que j'ai acheté mon N5 en janvier 2014_ pouvez-vous me dire si Google acceptera de le changer ? Je l'ai acheté sur le play store. Merci à vous de votre aide ! Willo Posted March 9, 2015 Share Posted March 9, 2015 La garantie est 1ans par le vendeur + 1 ans par le constructeur. En gros la 1er année c'est Google et la 2eme LG.
