bertin lemur Posté(e) 3 avril 2015 Posté(e) 3 avril 2015 hello, excuse me, I have a problem with my alcatel pop c3 (4033E), there are two days that I deleted from my phone the system by format / system in recovery mode and from nothing works. the phone will not turn on, but I can only go into recovery mode and when I reboot it remains it freeze on the main first logo(one touch magic), even the mobile software upgrade does not recognize my phone when it connects. please help me to download and reinstall the system. thank you !!!! :mad: Citer
