kikoulol Posted March 11, 2016 Share Posted March 11, 2016 Bonjour à tous! Ma copine a acheté un LG G4 dont elle est (ou était) très contente. Malheuresement, depuis quelques temps, il se met à freezer sur des opérations très bateau (ouvrir les sms, baisser la barre des notifications, etc.) et redémarre. On a fait une réinitialisation aux paramètres d'usine mais ça continue. Y-a-il quelque chose d'autre que nous pourrions faire ou bien c'est retour SAV obligatoire? Merci beaucoup pour votre aide!
