bonjour a tous

 

j ai acheter y a 1 semaine un assus zenfone 3 '( 4go de ram et 32 go de memoire )

il a mon gout quasi parfait

sauf qu il et impossible de mettre un casque car le son se baisse tout seul et devient fou impossible a reglé.

je ne rencontre le problème que quand je branche un casque

quelqu un serai comment ressoudre ce problème
