Bonjour,
Après les deux dernières mises à jour: 
1- lorsqu'on éteints le mobile, bluetooth allumé, ce dernier est arrêté lorsqu'on le rallume. 
2- A chaque arrêt du téléphone, les applications citées dans la rubrique paramètres "accéder aux notifications" sont sur "off". 
Constat fait sur un P9,  EVA-L09, L09C432B394
