Absence commande mise à jour Android

Bonjour, 

Je voudrais installer Android 7 sur mon S6 mais je n'ai pas la commande de mise à jour dans le menu "à propos du téléphone ". Cela vient peut être de la rom ? 

Comment puis-je faire svp ?

Si je passe par Smart switch depuis un pc est-ce je perds mes données ?
