lalouk63 Posted January 31, 2018 Share Posted January 31, 2018 Bonjour, Depuis environ 3 semaines, j'ai rencontré à 2 reprises un problème de communication téléphonique. Lorsque je compose mon numéro, je n'ai aucune tonalité et à l'écran, il y a "appel en cours" mais rien ne se passe. A chaque fois, j'ai dû éteindre puis rallumer mon H8. As-tu tenter un "wipe cache partition" en maintenant enfoncer vol+ et power téléphone éteint, jusqu'à l'apparition des 3 choix. Wipe cache partition suivi d'un reboot système. kainomed Posted February 3, 2018 Share Posted February 3, 2018 En vidant JUSTE le "cache partition" non,tu ne perdra rien... C'est quand on fait un "Factory reset" que l'on perd tout... Mais pour tout vous dire, j'appelle très rarement sauf le mois dernier où j'ai dû appeler très souvent.....donc.....à plus tard.
