Bonjour à tous

j'ai mon petite fils qui a oublié le shémas sur sa tablette MPMAN (MPQCG10) 8GO

j'ai essayer plusieurs astuces pour la débloquer sans résultat :(
quelqu'un a une idées comment formater la tablette ?
