bonjour alors voila je viens de récupéré un j7 2017 (sm j730f/ds) quant je veux l'allumer il vibre mais l’écran ne s'allume pas alors qu'il as l'air intact je voudrais savoir comment faire pour le remettre a zéro d'un ordinateur car quant je le branche a mon pc il le reconnais et je peut accéder a son contenus
