Bonjour,  je n arrive pas a débloquer mon Redmi 5 avec l empreinte digitale.  Je l ai pourtant enregistrée,  mais il me demande toujours le mot de passe pour ouvrir une session. Et si je désactive l'écran de verrouillage,  il s allume sans protection. Merci de me dire comment procéder.  Cordialement et encore merci.
