rom67 Posted May 11, 2011 Share Posted May 11, 2011 Bien le bonjour, Je suis actuellement client chez Universal Mobile, et je souhaiterais résilier mon abonnement (prenant fin le 31 août). Je suis déjà au courant qu'il me sera facturé le quart de la somme restante. Je suis ensuite reprendre un forfait bloqué chez ce même opérateur, afin de bénéficier des avantages nouveau client et d'un mobile bien moins cher. Mais j'ai pu lire sur certains forums, qu'il fallait attendre 6 mois avant de pouvoir revenir chez le même opérateur, mais j'ai de forts doutes sur cette information. Vous me direz d'appeler UM, mais je préfère avoir un avis extérieur (si quelqu'un peut me répondre), plutôt qu'un commercial qui va essayer de ne pas me laisser partir.
