pe59 Posted February 27, 2012 Share Posted February 27, 2012 Bonjour, Je viens d'acheter un samsung galaxy ace. version android : 2.3.6 version kernel : 2.6.35.7-perf-CL795977 je rencontre un problème dans l'utilisation pour samsung dive (permet d'agir sur son portable a distance an cas de perte ou vol) Sur mon téléphone, actuellement, 3 comptes de messagerie sont synchronisés : - 2 comptes exchange - 1 compte gmail Pour faire fonctionner samsung dive, il faut également synchroniser un compte samsung (que j'ai créé via le site web). J'ai suivi la procédure (http://v2.samsungdiv...ontrolsClear.do) Pour utiliser le service SamsungDive, vous devez vous connecter à vos comptes Samsung et Google. Sélectionnez « Menu > Settings (Réglages) > Accounts and sync (Comptes et synchronisation) > Add Account (Ajouter un compte) > Samsung Account (Compte Samsung) ». Mais si je vais dans comptes et synchronisation, il n'y a pas "Compte Samsung", juste Exchange et Google. Savez vous comment faire pour afficher "Compte samsung" ?
