While the Samsung Galaxy S line has been one of the most anticipated lines of mobile phones to come out in recent months, and has had remarkable sales numbers, it is still shipping with Android 2.1 installed. So, everyone wants to know… when is The Galaxy S line getting Froyo?We all know that the Korean Galaxy S market will be getting it in August, but now Samsung France has released the information that the Froyo upgrade in their area will be happening the month after, in September. The French got the Galaxy S in the first part of July, and the device is available for as low as 29 pounds when purchased through Virgin Mobile. All you other Samsung Galaxy S owners: don’t fret. Coolos Posted July 22, 2010 Share Posted July 22, 2010 (edited) Bonne nouvelle ! Question : comment on va faire pour le flasher sous Windows 7 puisqu'actuellement Kies ne reconnait pas le GS ? A moins qu'ils nous sortent une nouvelle version de Kies avant que ne sorte cette mise à jour, j'ai bien l'impression qu'on est mal barré... Va faloir trouver un PC sous XP, c'est pas gagné... Comme je t'ai deja dis y'a plein de tuto... dont un ou y'a un upload juste des drivers (donc sans Kies) qui te permet de mettre ton phone sur le pc... donc pas de prob avec Odin ! Avec mon Galaxy 1er (on va l'appeler comme ça maintenant) je n'ai jamais eu a mettre NPS (ancetre de Kies) sur mon PC pour y faire toutes les bidouilles !!! En suivant les sources on arrive là: http://www.lesmobiles.com/actualite/5182-samsung-galaxy-s-android-2-2-froyo-prevu-pour-septembre-en-france.html Alors que la mise à jour vers Android 2.2 (Froyo) est annoncée pour le mois prochain en Corée, nous avons interrogé un porte-parole de Samsung France sur le sujet, qui nous a répondu que la mise à jour était prévue pour la rentrée en France.
