Bonjour a tous,

 

j'ai récemment fait ma MAJ de mon honor 5x en android 6.0

et depuis je peux uniquement déverrouiller mon écran que par code , schéma ou mdp

l'option "aucun" est grisé et noté "désactivé par l'administrateur, la politique de cryptage ou la mémorisation des identifiants"

 

apres avoir fait plusieurs recherche j'avais vu qu'il fallait aller dans "paramètre avancés>Sécurité>puis "Effacer les certificats"

puis que l'option "aucun" serait dégrisé

mais malheureusement non j'ai essayé plusieurs fois en redémarrant mais rien

 

aucun vpn n'est paramétré

 

Avez vous une idée ?

je souhaite juste que mon téléphone se déverrouille par glissement ou juste en appuyant sur le bouton veruillage
