Bonjour, sur ma facture détaillée d'orange, on me facture mes sms whatsapp et on me les multiplie...j'aurai envoyé 242 sms le 3 aout, c'est impossible, mon compagnon m'a confirmé que ce jour là, je lui est envoyé que 8 sms et par whatsapp.

Que dois je faire? J'ai eu orange au téléphone et il font une surveillance de ma ligne, je n'ai pas d'autre explication.
