Bonjour depuis quelques heure en voulant me connecter à internet mon htc desire 820 redémarre sans arrêter, je le laisse le décharger et je reprend mais le problème persiste, je fais resert mais rien n'y fait. on me demande après avoir appuyer vol bas +power de faire resert et clear storage mais je n'arrive pas à voir clear storage aidez moi stp
