Problème gestionnaire de téléchargement

Bonjour, 

 

J'ai un problème apparemment commun sur mon Meizu m2 note,  le gestionnaire de téléchargement ne fonctionne pas correctement,  il plante,  empêchant alors de télécharger des applis sur play store ou autres,  il fait bugger aussi whatsapp par exemple. 

 

La solution temporaire est de supprimer les données et vider le cache du gestionnaire de téléchargement. 

 

Mais ensuite le problème revient. 

 

Est ce que quelqu'un aurait une solution définitive pour ce problème?

 

La mise à jour vers le dernier firmware 5.1.11 ne résoud pas ce problème.
