probleme bluetooth sur LG G4 H818P

bonjour

J ai acquis un pèse personne terraillon "Webcoach sene" avec fonction Bluetooth relié à l application "TERRAILLON WELLNESS COACH" , mon problème c est que la fonction Bluetooth ne fonctionne pas avec cette appareil, hors ma femme a le meme smartphone et la fonction bluetooth fonctionne tres bien . ( c'est la seul fonction Bluetooth qui ne fonctionne pas)
