bonjour

achat récent d'une 3 s 10 en 32 go avec usb c

mon modèle ne réagit pas en OTG

(le modele 64 go est usb c host)

portable et tablette ancienne fonctionnent en usb host donc okay pour OTG

renseignements demandés à Asus fr imprécis sur ce modèle 32 go

l'un d'entre vous aurait il eu ce genre de problème?

sinon je vais la renvoyer au service après vente

merci d'une réponse et bonne journèe
