Bonjour, 
J'ai une box TV android. 
Quand je suis à l'étranger je souhaiterais réduire ma consommation data lorsque je regarde une chaine TV. 
Avec quelle application apk peut-on brider la bande passante (au détriment de la qualité vidéo)?
