Bonsoir.

 

J'ai acheté mon K en avril 2017. Je ne peux plus recevoir d'appel. je peux appeler, envoyer et recevoir des SMS.

Je ne sais que faire. J'ai arrêté puis redémarré mais rien ni fait. 

Je ne sais que faire.
