Heureusement qu'il a pas fais re-partition sinon il aurai effacer la rom donc son tel démarrerai pas la lol.

Il y a un truc qui boot a l'allumage (une page avec des pixels de toute les couleurs) et qui m'empeche l'acces au recovery

Sa semble pas encore tout à fais au point.. pour le kernel je pense sur XDA c'est la que ta le plus de chance de le trouver.

Description :

In a nutshell, voodoo replaces RFS with EXT4 in order to greatly boost your phones speed and user experience. For more info http://project.voodoo.org

Installation (For Voodoo on Android 2.2 AKA Froyo) :

- Install a supported Android 2.2 Firmware on your Galaxy S GT-i9000 (JPM/JP6/JPA) - JPM - Flash as PDA, no other options needed, do not select repartition.

(Download links at the bottom)

- After you phone is running and working, proceed.

- Make sure Kies is not running. Also close the Kies Tray Agent.

- If you don’t have Kies at all, make sure you have the Galaxy S drivers.

- Disconnect the phone from USB.

- Download Odin v1.3 and use it to flash the Voodoo PDA file previously downloaded.

Open Odin, and press the PDA button, and select the file you are going to flash.

Probably Voodoo-5-pre2-Froyo-GT-I9000-odin-pda.tar (Do not select any other options)

- Turn off your phone. You might also prefer to remove your external sdcard & simcard. (Better be safe then sorry)

- Put your phone into download mode using the three-button-combo.

- Press and hold VolumeDown+Home+Power buttons till the phone enters Download mode.

- Connect your phone using USB to your PC, if possible, use a USB port not shared by other devices such as printers, scanner or USB-hubs.

- Odin should detect your phone at this point.

- Press the “Start” button and wait, it should take around 20 seconds.

- Do not reboot, unplug, or touch your phone at any point.

- Your phone will reboot automatically when the process is done.

- After the phone reboots automatically, it will go into the process of converting your existing RFS filesystem into EXT4 (or something), this might take some time - Depending on the amount of installed applications you had prior to installing voodoo.

- You can hear an audible progress indication from your phones speaker.

Optional Steps :

-- Root - Install superuser app from market - Make sure to reboot after installing

-- If using Titanium Backup, open, accept root then check for problems and install busybox.

Uninstall :

- To temporarily disable voodoo :

--- Create a folder voodoo/disable_lagfix on internal sd.

--- Reboot - (This will convert your ext4 back into rfs, so it might take a while)

- To remove voodoo completely, follow step 1. and then :

--- Flash another kernel.

--- Your previous kernel can be obtained from inside the PDA file you used to flash your firmware, it’s the zImage file.

--- Delete all the other files in that tar file, leave only the zImage file - and flash the tar as PDA, and you got your old kernel back.

Vu les problèmes que curious a eu pour faire le portage sous 2.2 , ca me semble pas étonnant que ca foire ....

J'ai reflash la JPM et re flash voodoo 5 et c'est bon ,je soupçonne le jeux d'oiseau vu que il n'y avais que ca d'installer

pour quoi faire le tuto ?

il n'y a rien de different à faire par rapport à ce qui est ecris sur le site officiel du projet ( à part le lien pour le .tar)

je viens de flasher pour le moment tout va bien je dois recuperer mes applis et apres on va vraiment voir si ca tient la route ^^

Si ça foire, vous avez normalement un fichier /sdcard/voodoo_user-data.cpio

Faut l'envoyer à curio, ca l'aidera pour le debug !

aucun gain a mettre voodoo

Je crois que je vais retenter de patch le kernel en EXT2 il a bien reussi donc il n'y a pas moyen faut que ca passe

Non mais Quadrant sa veut rien dire même sur éclair sous éclair il tourner autour de 1500 - 1700 mais bon il était plus fluide que RyanZA qui était à 2000 ou plus..
