Bonjour, 

 

J'ai reçu hier ma Mi Band 4. Sauf que depuis hier je n'arrive pas à l'apairer avec mon Redmi Note 7.

Le bracelet est chargé. 

J'ai installé l'application Mi Fit, j'ai bien activé le GPS et le Bluetooth. 

J'ai installé et désinstallé l'application mais rien n'y fait. 

Quand j'appuie sur la "coche" sur l'écran, il ne se passe rien. Même en appuyant sur la croix. 

Je n'arrive pas à déterminer si le problème vient de l'écran ou autre. 

Il est à noter que si j'appuie sur le "rond" Le bracelet réagit. 

J'invite également essayé sur mon BlackBerry Key2 mais c'est le même résultat. 

Si vous avez des idées je suis preneur.
