Bonjour à tous,

Sur mon Galaxy J6 double sim, les appels reçus lorsque je ne suis pas joignable sont automatiquement transférés sur ma 2e carte sim. Dans les paramètres, la fonction pour désactiver ce transfert est grisée, je ne  peux donc pas la désactiver. Le problème, c'est qu'à chaque fois j'ai des frais facturés par mon opérateur.

Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà rencontré ce problème ? Quelle solution?
