Bonjour à Tous! j'ai un smartphone chinois dont la seule information de référence est : SMARTPHONE Modèle: J+2 Pro.

Je présume qu'il est un modèle chinois. S'il vous plaît j'ai besoin d'aide car depuis des jours:

- il ne s'allume plus normalement;

- il n'affiche que le signe batterie faible;

Rien ne marche plus! Même le mode recovery est inaccessible. 

NB: J'ai essayé une nouvelle batterie mais le problème persiste. Merci de me dépanner. Cordialement
