messenger,impossible d'envoyer des photos en instantanée

Bonjour,suite à un problème avec mon Meizu M2 Note,j'ai fais un reset usine.Tout est ok, sauf que je ne peux plus envoyer de photos en instantanée, avec messenger.Je dois la télécharger, pour ensuite l'envoyer.lorsque je clic sur la flèche en bas a droite, il ne se passe rien, il y a une petite flèche de téléchargement en bas a gauche,je dois cliquer dessus, puis ensuite, allé chercher ma photo dans ma galerie ,puis cliquer pour l'envoyer.j'ai chercher dans les paramètres,mais je n'ai rien trouvé concernant l'envoi de photos

Y aurait il quelqu'un pour m'aider?
