Bonjour,

Le GPS de mon P10 Lite ne fonctionne plus très bien. Il arrive à me localiser de temps en temps mais impossible de me guider dans ces conditions. J'ai acheté un support magnétique de tableau de bord, j'ai collé la pastille magnétique à l'intérieur de ma coque de protection. J'ai retiré l'aimant mais le problème persiste. La boussole fonctionne parfaitement, même avec l'aimant dans la coque.

Savez-vous si un aimant peut flinguer le GPS du téléphone ?

Est-ce qu'il y a des pièges à éviter si je fais jouer la garantie sachant que j'ai acheté le téléphone à un marchand Rakuten situé en Angleterre (je crois) ? Le téléphone est garantie un an par le marchand.
