Impossible d'appeler ni recevoir depuis maj Android 9

Bonjour, depuis la mise a jour de janvier, impossible d'appeler (tourne un moment puis message "réseau mobile non disponible"). Ne reçoit pas les appels non plus pourtant sur le tel appelant, ça sonne bien avant de tomber sur messagerie. Aucun soucis pour la réception de SMS, utilisation internet, etc.. avez vous une idée ? Merci
