DorimanX Kernel 8.43/9.43

 

DorimanX a créé Kernel qui est basé sur le célébrissime Kernel Siyah (dans sa version 4.0) avec quelques mise à jour des codes sources ainsi que le Kernel 3.12.rc6-R101, les mises à jour du code source JB pour le Kernel par Samsung et beaucoup d'autres améliorations.
Le Kernel DorimanX supporte 4 plateformes (type de ROM) différentes.

I-Mise en Garde :

• Flasher comporte des risques. Ni les auteurs, ni le site ne pourrons être tenus comme responsables en cas de problèmes survenus pendant et après l'installation de cette Kernel. Vous êtes le seul responsable en cas de brick de votre téléphone ainsi quand cas de dommages matériel.
• Ce Kernel est compatible qu'avec le I9100/I9100P MAIS PAS AVEC LE I9100G !!!
• N'installez pas ce Kernel sur une version d'Android inférieur à JB 4.x.
• Faite un Nandroid Backup avant de flasher ce Kernel (par mesure de sécurité).
• Un OverClock constant consomme plus de batterie. Utilisez de basses fréquences quand l'écran est éteins (Min 100/200MHz - Max 800MHz).
• Le CPU peut ce s'éteindre en cas d'OverVolt ou d'UnderVolt.
• Il est impossible de DualBooter une ROM Sammy avec n'importe quel autre ROMs.
• Avant de flasher ce Kernel assurez vous d'avoir les modes Download et/ou Recovery sur votre téléphone.
• En flashant ce Kernel (ou tout autre Kernel) vous perdez votre garantie software.
• Utilisez la fonction recherche avant de poser une question qui a peut être été posée un million de fois.
• Si vous avez le moindre doute n'hésitez pas à poser des questions (bien sur après avoir cherché sur le topic et sur Google).

Evidemment, DorimanX test son Kernel plusieurs heures avant de le rendre disponible pour tous. Donc si il y a un problème ça sera le premier touché. Vous testez un Kernel déjà testé et qui fonctionne.
Ce Kernel fonctionne pour les ROMs : JB AOSP / JB-AOKP / CM10 + CM10.1 / cMIUI (seulement) / Sense 4 All / SAMSUNG JB Stock ROMs (Le leak JB XXLSJ n'est plus supporté depuis la version 7.37, le version officiel de JB est supporté depuis la version 7.44 du Kernel).
 

II-Ce que contient le Kernel :

• Kernel mis à jour à la version 3.12.Y et ultérieure (93% du Kernel est à la version 3.12.Y)
• Le Kernel est seulement fait pour JB 4.X.X. : il ne supporte aucune ROM 2.X.X/4.0.X
• Governor par défaut : HYPER
• CFS CPU Scheduler tweaks
• Fréquence du CPU par défaut : 200-1200MHz (OC maximum à 1.6 GHz)
• Le Kernel est compatible avec STweaks et les 5 profils dans STweaks
• OverClock possible jusqu'à 1.6 GHz (avec n'importe quelle application pour CPU ou via STweaks)
• 16 paliers de fréquences du CPU sont disponibles (de 1600MHz à 100MHz)
• Vous pouvez régler la fréquence min/max du CPU via STweaks ainsi que beaucoup d'autres réglages CPU
• Le kernel va se mettre en DeepSleep de 200 à 800MHz (Paramètre indiqué par Samsung pour éviter les SODs)
• UnderVolt et OverVolt (800-1500mV) supporté via l'interface des applications (STweaks) et sysfs.
• Soyez prudents avec les réglages de la Tension du CPU/GPU
• Scheduler par défaut : BFQ

​III-Procédure d'installation :

Via Odin :

• Bootez/Rebootez votre S2 en mode Download (manuellement : maintenez les touche Power+Volume Bas+Home à l'allumage).
• Connectez votre S2 en USB a votre PC (des drivers peuvent s'installer lors de la connection, attendez la fin de l'installation des driver avant de passer à l'étape suivante).
• Dans la case PDA, mettez l'archive du Kernel (son extension est .tar).
• Appuyez sur le bouton start.
• Si tout ce passe bien votre S2 devrait rebooter.

Via le recovery :

• Soyez sûr d'avoir un Recovery ClockWorkMod.
• Copiez le ZIP du Kernel sur votre Carte SD (interne ou externe).
• Démarrez/Redémarrez votre S2 en Mode Recovery.
• Flashez le ZIP du Kernel depuis votre Carte SD (interne ou externe).
• Rebootez.

​Note : Pour les ROMs qui sont mis à jour souvent (par exemple les nightly de CyanogenMod), il faut reflasher le Kernel après chaque mise à jour car sinon le Kernel d'origine de la ROM sera installé.

Pour les ROMs Samsung, téléchargez les version 8.xx. Pour les ROMs AOSP/AOKP téléchargez les versions 9.xx (Note: les versions 8.xx sont aussi compatible avec les AOSP/AOKP mais les versions 9.xx ne sont pas compatible avec les Roms Samsung).

*We now have full source for EXFAT partition driver! it's loaded and will work by AUTO for SAMMY ROMS, if sdcard is formatted as EXFAT! also will be loaded in recovery.
BUT!!! do not format your sdcard if you are using CM/AOKP ROM! (4.2/4.3)
ROM not support EXFAT YET! so sdcard will not be mounted, and will be damaged, all data will be lost! wait till CM will add official support in ROM!

this is kernel 3.10.0.r89 Android Google modded and merged with samsung drivers and all the needed code for us.

*Fixed WIFI driver to block useless traffic that is noise coming from routers and LAN network and wake CPU to deal with it.
now should drain much less power.
*Alucard updated Nightmare and Darkness GOVS.
*Alucard has reworked new patch for Zzmoove GOV and merged to kernel.
*I have tuned CPU voltage for all CPU groups, mostly for HIGH OC freqs and 2 low freqs +-25mv on them, all calculated based on original Samsung voltage values for 5 main freqs.
*I have compressed modules and sql binary's with tar.xz before compile and kernel will extract them on boot, and do all the needed manipulations to set them to correct location, this fixed major problem with space limit that we have for kernel. and removed some nasty bug that SOD RAM without a warning.
*Nuked some junk left overs that i have found in kernel.
*Tuned some ram/cpu tuning in cortex script.
*Removed hack for stop googlebackup apk to popup not responding popup each boot, this APK needed to maintain apps list backup in google account.
and it's working perfectly in many ROMS, in RootBox there is some kind of problem with it. it's ROM bug, and exist with CM kernel.

So to make this app work as should:
before you update kernel: go to setting apps and find googlebackuptransport
application,
get to it's settings, and clear data.

now reboot install new kernel, boot..... > go to setting reset/backup(DO NOT WIPE YOUR DEVICE!!!) and enable google backup and choose backup account,
thats all, now it's should work as expected.
*Updated exfat modules from source that exist in github and free to take, no one care(samsung)
*Restored missing commit to fs/direct-io.c that should speed up the code a little.

Perso je suis retourné sur le kernel stock CM10.1 car les deux trois dernière version me donnait des SODs lors d'une utilisation qui demandais 100% de RAM et de CPU.

Je m'en sers pour le moment pour un dualboot sinon c'est vrai que je suis plus trop dessus... Il est bien pour les Rom en 4.2.2 mais pour les 4.1.2 y'a mieux je trouve.

Après le test de la 8.33 et ensuite de la 8.34...lag, frezze et le sommeil de la mort...je retourne sur PhilZ...dommage, je n'aurait plus de BLN!
