Bonjour, au risque de passer pour un n0ob, je voulais savoir qu'apporte CONCRETEMENT la ROM de Cyanogen? (je suis conscient qu'elle est en alpha, mais bon, ça donne déjà une idée)

-Est ce juste un score à Quadrant plus élevé? (Et encore on sait tous que c'est pas significatif de la fluidité des animations/interfaces)

-Est ce que le tel est plus fluide qu'un SGS avec une 2.2 Rootée Lagfixée et tournant sous LauncherPro ?

-Je sait que ca va virer les logiciels samsung mais on peu déjà le faire avec SGT

...

Je ne vois qu'un seul "avantage" c'est que les MAJ de CM risquent d'être plus rapides que les MAJ Samsung...

S'il vous plait mes amis, éclairez moi un peu sur le sujet

J'ai voulut installer la CM mod sur le Galaxy S de mon beau pere ... Rien a faire il veux pas booter ...

je sais que son Galaxy ne peut pas accédé au mode Download je sais pas si il y a un rapport . J'ai suivi la méthode du Wiki de cyanogen :

1. Download the latest version of CyanogenMod.

* Optional: Download the corresponding Google Apps for the phone.*

2. Place the CyanogenMod update.zip file on the root of the SD card.

* Optional: Place the Google Apps .zip on the root of the SD card also.

3. Boot into the ClockworkMod Recovery.

4. Once you enter ClockworkMod Recovery, use the side volume buttons to move around, and either the power button or the trackball to select.

5. Select the option to Wipe data/factory reset.

6. Then select the option to Wipe cache partition.

7. Select Install zip from sdcard.

8. Select Choose zip from sdcard.

9. Select the CyanogenMod update.zip.

* Optional: Install the Google Apps by performing steps 7-9 again & choosing the Google Apps update.zip.*

10. Once the installation has finished, select +++++Go Back+++++ to get back to the main menu, and select the Reboot system now option. Now the Samsung Galaxy S should boot into CyanogenMod.

Du coup j'ai reboot en recovery avec ADB puis restauré le nandroid backup ... Bah toujours rien j'arrive pas a recupéré la ROM ... Avez vous une solution ??? j'ai pas envi de lui avoir pété son téléphone sinon je vais devoir lui preter mon Nexus One le temps du SAV (3 semaines -_- )

Oui ça boot en Download mais la derniere fois que j'ai flasher le samsung Galaxy S en passant comme ça en mode download ça a tout planter, il y avait le petit logo qui dit que le telephone doit etre branché mais rien a faire et mon beau pere avait du le ramener chez bouygues en SAV ...

EDIT : Bon j'arrive a passé le premier boot j'ai l'annime cyanogen sauf que sur le logcat ADB de la console ça boucle ....

Bonjour, au risque de passer pour un n0ob, je voulais savoir qu'apporte CONCRETEMENT la ROM de Cyanogen? (je suis conscient qu'elle est en alpha, mais bon, ça donne déjà une idée)

-Est ce juste un score à Quadrant plus élevé? (Et encore on sait tous que c'est pas significatif de la fluidité des animations/interfaces)

-Est ce que le tel est plus fluide qu'un SGS avec une 2.2 Rootée Lagfixée et tournant sous LauncherPro ?

-Je sait que ca va virer les logiciels samsung mais on peu déjà le faire avec SGT

...

Je ne vois qu'un seul "avantage" c'est que les MAJ de CM risquent d'être plus rapides que les MAJ Samsung...

S'il vous plait mes amis, éclairez moi un peu sur le sujet

Je l'utilise depuis hier et n'ai pas eu le temps de vraiment "m'amuser" avec mais elle semble vraiment prometteuse!

Pour être sûr d'avoir de bonnes réponses il vaut mieux chercher par soit même. Le post sur le forum xda est très intéressant et t'apporteras quelques éléments de réponses en lisant les post de Aery. Il y a aussi le site de CyanogenMod qui apporte plusieurs éléments de réponses.

Pour terminer un dernier lien vers une page elle aussi très intéressante et qui a d'ailleurs été crée pour répondre à cette question que beaucoup d'utilisateurs se posent: "What is CyanogenMod?"

Voilà, avec ça tu devrais trouver toutes les réponses aux questions que tu te poses sur le projet CyanogenMod en général et son développement sur nos I9000.

Bien j'ai installer la rom nikel mais quand je branche le tel au pc il charge mais n'apparait pas sur l'ordi
